FIRST COURSE

1° Gommen, kind of minced meat with cabbage.
2° Ouat: meat and berberi stew which reminds of the arabic cuisine but with uncreased amount of red pepper.

RELEVÉ

Curelled milk known as " ergo ".

SECOND COURSE

Felfet, meat bread which is eaten with a spoon, the amount of red pepper is very important.

ROAST MEAT

Teps, grilled beef cut in slices, so that the fire cooks all parts of the meat without hardering it.

Araki is a white brandy, poor people make it the same way than russians make their vodka, with grains. Rich people make theirs with hydromel. It was a pleasant taste and a violent force after eating " ouat " and" fetfet ".
